Job Description

GWC Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Control Tower Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain visibility and ensure smooth coordination across transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. The role focuses on monitoring shipment performance, resolving operational disruptions, and providing real-time logistics insights. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, and experience with logistics monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor end-to-end shipment movement across domestic and international supply chains.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve shipment delays.
Provide real-time visibility reports to customers and management.
Analyze logistics performance data to recommend process improvements.
Escalate critical operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate shipment records within logistics management systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
