Job Description

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd is seeking an Aero-Structure Assembly Engineer to manage the assembly of aerospace structural components and subassemblies. The role requires expertise in aircraft assembly processes, fastening techniques, and engineering documentation. The engineer will ensure assemblies meet design specifications, quality requirements, and customer standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-precision aerospace structures for global aviation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise assembly of aero-structure components and aircraft subassemblies.
Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and process specifications.
Ensure proper installation of fasteners, rivets, bolts, and structural hardware.
Coordinate with production planning and manufacturing teams to achieve assembly targets.
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections during assembly stages.
Identify assembly issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing procedures and customer requirements.
Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
Maintain accurate assembly records, work orders, and inspection documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, safety, and assembly efficiency.
