Soldering Technician / Line Operator

Job Description

Deltron Precision Components is looking for a Soldering Technician / Line Operator to perform manual soldering, PCB assembly, and electronic component installation. The candidate will ensure all assemblies meet quality specifications while maintaining production efficiency. The position requires excellent hand-eye coordination and familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes. Candidates with IPC soldering knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual soldering of electronic components on PCBs.
Assemble electronic products according to work instructions.
Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability.
Operate assembly line equipment and production tools.
Identify and report defective components.
Maintain clean and organized workstations.
Follow ESD protection and safety procedures.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
