Job Description

The Siemens Teamcenter PLM Customization Engineer develops and customizes Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter technologies. The role involves configuring workflows, extending Teamcenter functionalities, and integrating PLM systems with enterprise applications. The engineer works closely with product development and manufacturing teams to improve engineering data management and digital product lifecycle processes. This position contributes to delivering scalable PLM solutions that enhance collaboration and engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Customize Siemens Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, RAC, and Active Workspace.
Develop workflow automation and business rule customizations.
Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and enterprise systems.
Configure data models, object types, access controls, and workflows.
Troubleshoot Teamcenter application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Perform migration and upgrade support for Teamcenter environments.
Develop technical documentation and deployment procedures.
Conduct testing, validation, and defect resolution activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather PLM requirements.
Provide technical support and continuous improvements for Teamcenter solutions.
