Job Description

CtrlS Datacenters is hiring a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise software applications. The successful candidate will create scalable automation solutions using Selenium, Appium, and modern testing tools to ensure software quality and faster release cycles. The role involves close collaboration with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Strong expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and performance testing is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Appium.
Develop automation scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Execute regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve application issues.
Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
Generate detailed test execution reports and quality metrics.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
