Key Responsibilities
Deliver language, accent neutralization, and culture training programs.
Conduct communication assessments for new and existing employees.
Design training materials aligned with client requirements.
Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions effectively.
Coach employees to improve pronunciation, fluency, and communication confidence.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.
Update learning content based on changing client requirements.
Promote continuous learning and professional development across teams.
