Job Description

The Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and quality service throughout the flight. The role combines safety-critical responsibilities with professional customer service and hospitality. Cabin crew members follow established aviation procedures, respond to passenger needs, and manage situations that may arise during flight. The position requires excellent communication, teamwork, composure, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safety and security procedures in accordance with aviation regulations.
Complete pre-flight cabin checks and prepare the cabin for passengers.
Welcome passengers and assist them with seating and cabin requirements.
Demonstrate safety equipment and emergency procedures when required.
Provide food, beverages, and other onboard services professionally.
Monitor passenger comfort and respond appropriately to customer requests.
Handle medical, security, turbulence, and other onboard situations according to procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cabin environment.
Complete required flight documentation and operational reports.
Work closely with other cabin crew and flight deck personnel to ensure safe operations.
