Plant Automation & PLC Logic Validation Engineer

Job Description

Bosch India is looking for a Plant Automation & PLC Logic Validation Engineer to ensure reliable automation systems across manufacturing operations. The role involves validating PLC logic, testing industrial automation equipment, and supporting production efficiency improvements. You will work with automation engineers, maintenance teams, and production departments to ensure safe and optimized plant operations. Strong experience with PLC programming, industrial communication, and commissioning activities is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Validate PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment.
Perform testing during commissioning of automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve PLC and HMI-related issues.
Verify industrial communication between controllers and devices.
Support preventive maintenance for automation equipment.
Document validation reports and engineering change records.
Collaborate with production teams during system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with machine safety and automation standards.
Optimize automation sequences to improve production efficiency.
Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
