• We are currently looking for a Risk Management Manager who will be reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer and be a key contributor in identifying and rectifying any key risk concerns for our BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia business.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the local National Risk Committee in identifying and rectifying any key risk concerns for the retail business.
• Prepare monthly credit risk report as well as other risk reports required for local authorities, Head Office and internal risk requirements, and conduct analysis of above reports.
• Monitor credit scorecards and conduct evaluations and enhancements while managing internal stakeholders and vendors throughout the scorecard project lifecycle.
• Monitor and steer retail portfolio performance and strategize with appropriate credit plans.
• Provide support during the review of products, internal processes and policies both within the department as well cross departmental projects.
• Conduct any IFRS 9 related tasks to ensure business compliance.

An ideal candidate should possess:

• A university degree and at least 8 years of working experience.
• Professional certification in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Controlling or equivalent.
• Current or previous experience working within a Financial Services environment is a must.
• SAS and R knowledge.
• At least 5 years experience in the area of risk analysis/evaluation.
