Job Description

The Last-Mile Delivery Supervisor manages the final stage of the delivery process, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role supervises delivery personnel, monitors delivery performance, and resolves operational challenges. The supervisor works closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer support teams to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. The position requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
