Job Description

The Heavy Press Operator is responsible for operating heavy forging press machines to manufacture high-quality forged components safely and efficiently. The operator ensures machines are set up correctly, production parameters are maintained, and quality standards are achieved throughout the manufacturing process. Regular equipment inspections and adherence to safety procedures are essential to maintaining operational excellence. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy forging press machines according to production plans.
Perform machine setup and verify operating parameters.
Monitor forging operations for quality and consistency.
Conduct routine machine inspections before and after operation.
Identify equipment abnormalities and report maintenance needs.
Follow workplace safety and operational procedures at all times.
Record production output and machine performance data.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to 5S standards.
