The Forging Production In-charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily forging production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily forging production operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Monitor production output, machine utilization, and workforce performance to maximize productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications throughout the forging process.
Allocate manpower effectively and monitor attendance, shift activities, and operator performance.
Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and ensure equipment availability.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare daily production reports, shift reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize process waste to improve cost efficiency.
Train and guide production operators on standard operating procedures, quality practices, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with quality assurance, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order completion.
