Job Description

The Forging Press Line Incharge is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the forging press line to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The role involves coordinating manpower, monitoring machine performance, and resolving production issues promptly. The incumbent works closely with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to optimize production efficiency. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the forging press production line.
Monitor production schedules and ensure target achievement.
Coordinate machine setup and changeover activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures.
Prepare daily production reports and monitor key performance indicators.
