CNC Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The CNC Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines used in forging and precision manufacturing operations. The role focuses on minimizing machine downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The engineer works with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
Install and commission new CNC equipment when required.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime.
Ensure spare parts availability and inventory management.
Follow safety procedures during maintenance activities.
