RF & Wireless Hardware Engineer

Job Description

Beyon is seeking an experienced RF & Wireless Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and optimize wireless communication systems that support next-generation telecommunications infrastructure. The role focuses on RF hardware design, antenna performance, signal optimization, and network reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality wireless solutions for mobile and enterprise services. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and knowledge of modern wireless communication standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop RF hardware components for wireless communication systems.
Perform RF simulations, testing, and validation of hardware designs.
Optimize antenna performance and signal coverage across networks.
Troubleshoot RF interference and network performance issues.
Support the deployment and commissioning of wireless infrastructure.
Collaborate with software and network engineers on integrated solutions.
Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and industry standards.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering specifications.
