Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a sales team, achieve targets, and drive new business in Qatar’s real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train & motivate the sales team.
  Identify new sales opportunities & close deals.
  Organize property events & client viewings.
  Build strong client relationships & ensure excellent service.
  Requirements:
• 4–5 years real estate sales experience (Qatar preferred).
  Strong knowledge of Qatar’s property market & regulations.
  Excellent communication (English required, other languages a plus).
  Target-driven, professional & client-focused.
