LEAD Field Engineer
Job Description
The Lead Field Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing wireline and well intervention operations safely and efficiently. The role provides technical leadership to field crews, ensures compliance with company and client requirements, and delivers high-quality services at customer well sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise wireline field operations at onshore and offshore locations.
Plan and execute well intervention, logging, perforating, and completion activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies.
Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and resources to meet operational objectives.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during field operations.
Maintain accurate operational reports, job documentation, and service records.
Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and post-job reviews.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
Liaise with clients and provide technical support and recommendations.
Mentor and train junior field engineers and technicians.
