Executive – Pharmacovigilance

Job Description

Apex Laboratories is seeking an Executive – Pharmacovigilance to monitor the safety profile of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle. The role involves collecting, evaluating, and reporting adverse drug reactions while ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations. The executive will work closely with medical, regulatory, and quality teams to maintain patient safety. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Process and evaluate adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports.
Maintain accurate pharmacovigilance databases and documentation.
Prepare Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
Ensure compliance with national and international pharmacovigilance regulations.
Review medical literature for safety-related information.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding safety concerns.
Assist in preparing Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
Participate in pharmacovigilance audits, inspections, and training programs.
