The role involves soldering surface-mount and through-hole components while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Candidates should have experience with IPC standards and precision hand soldering techniques. The ideal candidate will contribute to manufacturing reliable electronic systems used in mission-critical aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities
Perform precision soldering of SMT and through-hole electronic components.
Inspect solder joints for compliance with IPC quality standards.
Read PCB layouts, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Repair and rework defective PCB assemblies when required.
Handle sensitive electronic components using ESD-safe procedures.
Maintain soldering equipment and inspection tools.
Document completed work and quality inspection results.
Support engineering teams during prototype and production builds.
