Vendor Operations Executive

Job Description

The Vendor Operations Executive manages day-to-day relationships with sellers and brand partners to ensure smooth operational performance on the AJIO platform. The role focuses on vendor onboarding, compliance, order fulfillment coordination, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. By maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal departments, the executive helps improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation processes.
Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
Resolve vendor operational issues related to orders and inventory.
Ensure compliance with company operational policies and quality standards.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Track order fulfillment and vendor delivery performance.
Generate vendor performance reports and operational dashboards.
Build strong relationships with vendors to improve overall operational efficiency.
