Junior Automation Systems Testing Engineer

Job Description

The Junior Automation Systems Testing Engineer supports the testing and validation of industrial automation systems before deployment. The role assists senior engineers in verifying PLC, SCADA, HMI, and control system functionality through structured testing procedures. The engineer contributes to quality assurance, documentation, and issue resolution while gaining practical experience in industrial automation technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Execute functional and integration testing of automation systems.
Assist in PLC, SCADA, and HMI validation activities.
Prepare and maintain test plans, scripts, and execution reports.
Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects.
Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical issues.
