Actively engaged with laborers to gather essential information for the implementation of a new software system called 'People Strong' while ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or questions. Served as a liaison between the PRO and employee, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the medical and visa application processes. This involved providing the necessary information, addressing the inquires and following up on progress to ensure timely completion. Took charge of the recruitment process for both blue collar and white collar employees, playing a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talents. Screened and sourced applicants via effective channels, such Linkedin, NaukriGulf, etc., to guarantee the maintenance of robust job vacancies. Successfully filled 13 vacancies including 12 Blue Collar and 2 white collar positions. This involved actively sourcing candidates from Naukrigulf, and efficiently scheduling the interviews to streamline the hiring process. Actively collaborated with HRBP to optimize payroll efficiency by meticulously preparing the attendance sheet and shift schedule while simultaneously ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulations while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborated with the quality Control Supervisor in preparing the documentation for 3 ISO audits -9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 which involved conducting internal audits, reviewing and updating the documentation. Collaborated with the HRBP to streamline HR processes and enhance compliance by conducting a comprehensive review and revision of 15 essential HR documents, including appointment letters, termination letter, warning letters, HRA release letters etc in order to ensure standardization of these documents across all our entities. Displayed proficiency in drafting and administering critical HR documentation, including offer letters, salary certificates, salary transfer forms, and salary revision letters. Implemented and managed a comprehensive employee opinion survey by ensuring active participation by all the employees ensuring that all the individuals had an opportunity to contribute their valuable insights. Provided clear and concise explanations of survey questions, addressing any concerns or ambiguities.

I engaged in One-on-One conversation with prospective students, tailoring my responses to their unique needs and interests. I provided a clear and informative answers to their inquires related to the aviation programs in order to create a personalized and supportive experience for each student, helping them envision their future in aviation.
