▪ Directly reporting to Group Manager Finance; contributing in preparation of timely and accurate consolidated monthly financial statements along with the group consolidated notes. ▪ Consolidate, review and analyze all companies’ financial submissions on monthly basis. ▪ Preparing projects financials & cash flow projections up to 5 years by collecting the data from relevant depts. ▪ Ensure all spendings related to CAPEX/OPEX are within the approved budgets. ▪ Monitoring the projects to ensure projects are progressing according to the budgets and timelines. ▪ Ensure the VAT compliance of all UAE entities as per FTA regulations & submit the required data to tax consultants on quarterly basis for filing VAT return. ▪ Ensure corporate accounts are closed in timely manner and support costs have been charged back. ▪ Coordinate & assist the internal & external auditors for the group audit planning & execution. ▪ Processing payroll through the Wages Protected System (WPS) for an entire group ▪ Prepare other ad hoc reports as and when required.
