As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of Kidiley Employment Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies in line with organizational goals.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process.
Provide regular financial forecasts and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting:
Generate and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
Implement strategies to optimize cash resources.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and relevant regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
