As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Kidiley Employment Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Analyze industry data to develop effective business development strategies.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the employment services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
