Project Manager – Energy leads

Job Description

The Project Manager – Energy leads energy-related projects from planning and development through implementation and completion.
The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams and ensures projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Projects may involve energy infrastructure, renewable gas, production facilities, technical upgrades, or other energy-transition initiatives.
The position works with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, authorities, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage energy projects from initiation through completion.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
Manage project budgets, resources, procurement, and costs.
Coordinate engineering, operations, construction, and technical teams.
Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Monitor project progress and provide regular management reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead project meetings and coordinate stakeholder communication.
Manage commissioning, handover, documentation, and project closeout.
