Key Responsibilities:

Welcome passengers and provide professional onboard assistance.
Conduct safety demonstrations and comply with aviation safety procedures.
Assist passengers with seating, baggage, meals, and other onboard requirements.
Respond promptly to passenger questions, concerns, and special requests.
Handle onboard emergencies according to established procedures.
Maintain high standards of cabin cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate with pilots and other crew members during flight operations.
Complete required safety, service, and incident documentation.
Support passengers requiring special assistance.
