Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will lead engineering, modification, expansion, infrastructure, and technical projects within an industrial or energy-related environment.
The role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
The manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and HSE.
The position will ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and overall performance.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
Monitor project costs and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
Identify project risks and establish mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure projects comply with HSE, quality, regulatory, and technical requirements.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
Manage changes, variations, technical issues, and project documentation.
Support commissioning, handover, close-out, and lessons-learned activities.
