Revenue Management Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for analyzing hotel performance, market trends, booking patterns, and demand to support revenue optimization. The role assists revenue teams in developing pricing and inventory strategies. The analyst uses data and forecasting techniques to identify opportunities for improving occupancy and profitability. Strong analytical, numerical, Excel, reporting, and commercial skills are important for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze occupancy, room rates, revenue, and booking trends.
Support forecasting of demand, occupancy, and revenue performance.
Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions.
Assist in developing pricing and inventory recommendations.
Review booking pace, pickup reports, cancellations, and no-show patterns.
Prepare revenue performance reports and management dashboards.
Identify opportunities to maximize room revenue and profitability.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Hotel Operations teams.
Monitor the effectiveness of pricing and promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate revenue-management data and reports.
Support revenue meetings and communicate key business insights.
