Job Description

The Enterprise Business Analyst & System Blueprinter is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and creating clear blueprints for enterprise technology solutions.
The role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating operational needs into structured functional and system requirements.
The position contributes to process improvement, solution design, system integration, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will create comprehensive documentation and system blueprints that support effective technology implementation and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and business units.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, system specifications, and solution blueprints.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Develop process maps, workflows, system diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Evaluate existing applications and identify system gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Define business rules, data flows, system interactions, and integration requirements.
Support solution evaluation and ensure proposed systems align with business and enterprise architecture objectives.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions.
Create clear documentation for system functionality, processes, interfaces, and operational requirements.
Support user acceptance testing by preparing scenarios, validating requirements, and coordinating issue resolution.
