Job Description

The RCM Team Leader is responsible for managing and supervising revenue cycle management operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely claim processing. The role involves leading billing, collections, payment posting, and accounts receivable teams while driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, healthcare domain expertise, and experience managing team performance. This position plays a key role in achieving organizational revenue goals and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily activities of the RCM team.
Monitor billing, collections, AR, and payment posting operations.
Ensure productivity, quality, and SLA targets are consistently achieved.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Resolve complex billing and insurance-related issues.
Analyze operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client requirements, and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Train new employees on RCM workflows and best practices.
Prepare management reports on team performance, collections, and operational metrics.
