Job Description

The Medical Research Associate supports clinical and medical research activities by coordinating research projects, collecting scientific data, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The role assists in clinical documentation, literature reviews, and research reporting while collaborating with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. The associate contributes to evidence-based research that supports product development and medical affairs initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating clinical and medical research studies.
Collect, analyze, and maintain research data and documentation.
Perform scientific literature reviews and summarize research findings.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and study documentation.
Ensure compliance with GCP, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with investigators, hospitals, and research teams.
Support adverse event reporting and clinical documentation processes.
Maintain accurate research records and contribute to continuous research improvements.
