FinEdge Outsourcing Services is looking for an experienced FAO Shift Supervisor to lead finance and accounting operations during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring service delivery excellence, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining client satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) operations.
Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity throughout the shift.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Prepare operational reports and communicate shift performance to management.
Resolve client escalations and operational issues in a timely manner.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
