Job Description

Be Well Hospitals is looking for a dedicated Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide high-quality medical care to patients in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. The role involves diagnosing illnesses, initiating treatment, coordinating with specialists, and ensuring timely medical interventions. The DMO will monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and support patient safety initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate medical assessment and treatment to patients during assigned shifts.
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans.
Respond promptly to emergency and critical care situations.
Coordinate with consultants and specialists for advanced patient management.
Monitor admitted patients and document clinical observations accurately.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
