Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Penetration Tester & Red Teamer, you will assess the organization’s security posture by simulating real-world cyberattacks against applications, networks, and infrastructure. You will identify vulnerabilities, validate security controls, and recommend remediation strategies to strengthen enterprise security. Working with security operations, engineering, and compliance teams, you will support proactive cyber defense initiatives. The role demands expertise in ethical hacking, threat emulation, and offensive security methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Perform penetration testing on web, mobile, cloud, and network environments.
Conduct red team exercises to evaluate security readiness.
Identify, document, and prioritize security vulnerabilities.
Develop proof-of-concept exploits for identified weaknesses.
Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
Prepare comprehensive technical and executive security reports.
Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and attack techniques.
Ensure testing activities comply with internal security policies and industry standards.
