Galfar Engineering is hiring an HSE Officer to promote a safe and healthy working environment across construction and engineering sites. The successful candidate will implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards. Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor the proper use of PPE by all personnel.
Maintain HSE documentation and compliance records.
Coordinate emergency drills and response procedures.
Promote a strong safety culture across project sites.
Support management in achieving safety performance targets.
