Job Description
The Project Manager – Civil is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering civil construction projects within budget and schedule. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client expectations, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining project safety standards. The Project Manager oversees every phase of construction from project initiation through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects from start to completion.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Supervise construction progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to HSE and quality management standards.
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
