Maintenance Scheduler / Planner

Job Description

The Maintenance Scheduler / Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities across power generation facilities. The role ensures maintenance resources, materials, and equipment are available to minimize operational downtime. Working closely with operations and maintenance teams, the planner optimizes maintenance schedules to improve asset reliability and efficiency. The position contributes to achieving operational excellence through effective maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate maintenance work orders and resource allocation.
Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritize critical tasks.
Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance materials.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Coordinate plant shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities.
Analyze maintenance performance and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.
