Job Description

The Relationship Officer at Gulf Bank is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail and corporate customers while promoting the bank’s financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote banking products including loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment solutions.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking services.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Process customer applications and ensure documentation accuracy.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with Gulf Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with branch teams to improve customer experience and business growth.
