Job Description

A Customer Service Agent at Emirates Group Careers is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to passengers throughout their airport journey, including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and passenger assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and transfers.
Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and tickets.
Allocate seats, process baggage, and collect excess baggage charges.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Support passengers with special needs, including wheelchair users, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.
Manage mishandled baggage reports and passenger follow-ups.
Use airline systems such as the Departure Control System (DCS) to update passenger and flight information.
Ensure compliance with airline safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
High School Certificate (12 years of schooling) or Diploma.
Customer service experience preferred.
Airport passenger handling experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy and English language proficiency.
Knowledge of aviation terminology and airline procedures is beneficial.
