Recruitment: • Analyzing all current positions with staffing plan with senior management and setting CTC and head count for the academic year. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Source, identify and engage potential candidates through various channels and referrals. • Conduct initial screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate’s skills qualifications, and cultural fits. • Make sure to meet recruitment KPI’s like Time to hire, Cost per hire, Rejection rate, Interviews per hire etc • Maintaining recruitment tracker and provide quarterly, half yearly and yearly turn over rate report for audit purposes. • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. On Boarding process: • Doing reference check & verifying for their police clearance certificate. • Applying for the KHDA approval as per their designation. • Proficient in conducting the training with induction plan for the new employees and making them aware with complete school policy. • Making them aware of employee handbook, code of conduct policy and dress code policy and taking declaration paper signed. • Preparing internal offer letter along with vacancy justification report and CTC report and preparing Ministry of Labor offer letter with the designated PRO. And keeping all data confidential. • Working on CTC and staffing in term-wise if needed and cross checking all KHDA approvals are in place. • Recruited Emirati’s as per the workshop conducted where 4% target till 2023 and 6% target until 2024 and retaining the staff percentage and achieved Emirati target as well. • Coordinating with compliance team for pension registration as well. • Act as counsellor for the employees when required. • Achieved Emirati retention because of good employee relation among with them. • Doing investigation when employee relation issues happen. • Able to face KHDA compliance along with inspection and Labor inspection. • Guiding employees for their degree documentation attestation and for opening bank account etc. End of Service & Offboarding • Aware of policy for notice period during termination and resignation. • Preparing end of service calculation according to gratuity and leave salary eligibility with any deduction applicable. • Always making sure to explain to the employees about each term about offboarding process and explain them about of end of service settlement. • Coordinating with PRO for typing the cancellation paper • Conducting exit interview face to face and making them to fill few exit interview questions for future enhancement. • Once cancellation paper is signed, submitting to PRO for labor or visa cancellation and making combined documentation to HR director. • Finally maintaining recruitment tracker, Airfare tracker, CTC tracker, Master file tracker and EOS tracker.
