Government Applications & Follow-ups: Handling applications for visas, labor permits,EID,documents attestaion,embassys application,NAFIC, ADPF,GPSSA,Civil Defense,ADJD,ets,Notary public,Filing a lawsuit and opening reports. Handling all online Transactions: Tasheel,Amer,E-channels,medical screening,AXS,TAMM. Renewal & Modification of Licenses: Renew and modify trade licenses, PO Box, office Ejari,Tawtheeq , and establishment cards with relevant authorities (DED, DM, MOHRE, DHA, Immigration, etc.). Renewal and issuing of CICPA passes. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all government requirements, including labor & immigration laws, to avoid penalties. Inspection Coordination: Attending inspections and liaise with inspectors to present necessary documents and representing the company to official offices. Employee Documentation: Maintain and update employee records on the immigration system (Smart Channel). Administrative Support: Supporting the HR Department with the On-boarding and Off-boarding, Coordinate mail collection, employees inquires such as salary certificate, salary transfer letters, employment certification’s ,Family visas, & driving license. Acting as the main point of contact between the company and various government entities: such as Labor courts and civil courts and Police stations Maintaining a clear and organized filing system for all documents.
