Leasing Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Leasing Executive to manage and expand our real estate leasing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leasing residential and/or commercial properties, with strong negotiation, market analysis, and client relationship skills. Knowledge of Qatar’s real estate laws and leasing procedures is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, lease, and renew residential and commercial properties.
- Handle the full leasing cycle from prospecting and site visits to closing deals.
- Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with all required information.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in alignment with company targets.
- Prepare and review leasing documentation including tenancy contracts and renewal agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all lease transactions, client interactions, and property availability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Monitor property market trends and suggest pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and legal teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations in Qatar.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate leasing (residential and/or commercial).
- Deep understanding of Qatar’s real estate market and leasing laws.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate platforms.
- Valid Qatar Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
