POSITION SCOPE

Here are just a few of the ways you’ll make a massive impact:

• Develop and execute designs for a wide range of marketing and communication needs. This encompasses video and motion graphics for digital platforms (e.g. TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and static designs for digital and print materials (social media posts, Google Display Ads, email templates, infographics, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
• Translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into visually compelling designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Prepare and optimize files for various output formats (web, print, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts and effectively communicate your creative vision.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE

Here are the qualities that will make you a perfect fit:

• A portfolio that clearly showcases your creative skills and technical proficiency in motion graphics, video editing and design is essential.
• Formal education in design or a related field is welcome, but not a strict requirement. 1-2 years of relevant professional experience with a compelling portfolio is equally valuable.
• This role requires expertise in the core design tools: After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion graphics, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design and visual communication principles, including typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition, pacing and the use of visuals to evoke emotions and convey information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
