Job Description
Summary:
We seek a VP of Marketing with expertise in product marketing, content, website, SEO, global and digital marketing for our B2B SaaS company. Drive product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to ensure market success. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to establish ZYCUS as the leader in the S2P software industry. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively position our software solutions in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAAS marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our SAAS products and solutions globally, targeting Enterprise Customers.
- Lead the creation of compelling messaging and positioning for our products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and social media.
- Manage analyst relations with leading Market Analyst like Gartner and Forrester and be responsible for our positioning in the Gartner Magic
- Quadrant and Forrester Wave reports.
- Drive demand generation efforts to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team, utilizing a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with product management to gather customer insights and feedback, informing product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
What are we Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SAAS B2B companies.
- MBA in Marketing from a Premier Business School like IIM
- Strong understanding of SAAS business models, customer lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
