Job Description

Wipro DoS is looking for a Content Moderator to review and monitor digital content across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with community guidelines and client policies. The role requires identifying inappropriate content, maintaining platform integrity, and supporting a safe online environment. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work rotational shifts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Review user-generated content according to client guidelines.
Identify and remove inappropriate or policy-violating content.
Escalate critical or sensitive cases to designated teams.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity targets.
Document moderation decisions in internal systems.
Stay updated with policy changes and moderation standards.
Protect confidential information while handling sensitive content.
Contribute to quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
