UX/UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for Visma’s software products and platforms.
The role combines user research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
The designer will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product-development lifecycle.
The position focuses on understanding user needs and translating them into simple, effective, and consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather insights into customer needs and behaviors.
Create user journeys, personas, information architectures, and user flows.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity interface designs.
Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for web and digital products.
Apply established design systems and visual-design standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineers.
Translate complex business requirements into simple user experiences.
Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
Review implemented interfaces and ensure design quality and consistency.
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the evolution of product design systems and UX guidelines.
