Job Description

Vem Technologies is seeking a Plant IT Network & Hardware Systems Specialist to manage the IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations. The role includes maintaining servers, industrial networks, workstations, and hardware devices while ensuring secure and uninterrupted plant connectivity. The candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware issues, and assist with system upgrades. Strong networking and infrastructure management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain plant IT infrastructure and hardware.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
Maintain servers, desktop systems, printers, and industrial computing devices.
Configure switches, routers, firewalls, and network security solutions.
Perform system backups, software updates, and security patch management.
Provide technical support to plant users and engineering departments.
Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Prepare IT documentation, asset inventories, and incident reports.
