TaskUs India is looking for an Information Security & Compliance IT Support Analyst to support the organization’s cybersecurity and compliance initiatives. The role involves monitoring IT security systems, responding to security incidents, maintaining compliance documentation, and assisting employees with secure technology practices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of information security frameworks. This position plays a vital role in protecting company systems, customer information, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor security alerts and respond to IT security incidents.
Assist with vulnerability assessments and security audits.
Support compliance activities related to ISO, SOC, GDPR, and client requirements.
Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and endpoint security issues.
Maintain security documentation and compliance records.
Educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve security-related issues.
Recommend improvements to strengthen organizational security controls.
