Job Description

TaskUs India is hiring an AI Content & Large Language Model (LLM) Trainer to help improve the performance of AI-powered language models through data evaluation, prompt engineering, and content validation. The role focuses on developing high-quality training datasets, reviewing AI-generated responses, and ensuring factual accuracy and language quality. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of AI technologies. This role directly contributes to enhancing conversational AI experiences for global users.

Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and refine prompts for Large Language Models.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for relevance, accuracy, and consistency.
Develop high-quality datasets for AI model training and fine-tuning.
Identify language errors, factual inconsistencies, and content gaps.
Collaborate with AI researchers and data annotation teams.
Maintain documentation for training guidelines and quality standards.
Analyze model performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure all AI training activities comply with client policies and ethical AI standards.
